Field service

The technician is on the way — and the customer can see it.

A private map of the crew for you, one expiring link for the customer, and nothing that watches the driver. Technicians, crews and mobile service of every kind.

What you get

  • Private to your team: we switch the public map off for a private fleet, and no public link exists unless you make one
  • No driver scoring, written into the service agreement
  • On-shift-only tracking, and the person can see when it is on
  • We tell you which states require written notice of monitoring
  • No ELD, no hours-of-service, and we will say so to your safety team

Personal phones, honestly

On shift only

A technician's own phone reports only while their shift is open in the app, the app shows them it is on, and it goes home untracked. Enforced on our side, not left to the app.

Duties we tell you about first

Some states require written notice of monitoring, and some require an employer to reimburse a personal phone used for work. We name the ones that apply to you before you sign, not after.

Company phones are simpler

A phone that lives in the truck has none of those duties and reports whenever it is on. We say so in the sales conversation, and mean it.

What it costs

Per vehicle, per month, month to month, the first 14 days free. Priced on a call until self-serve signup exists — the pricing page says the same and why.

Two ways to start

Fleets, deliveries, taxis, field teams

Phones you already own, the GPS you already run, or compatible hardware. A person sets you up this week; the map is yours the same day.
