Vehicle tracking

See every vehicle in one place.

A live map of your fleet on a phone, a laptop or the wall. Positions are under 90 seconds old in normal service, and a vehicle that stops reporting is taken off the map and named.

How it works

  1. STEP 1·DAY 0

    Add a vehicle

A vehicle is a name and a source of positions. We set the first ones up with you on a call.

  2. STEP 2·SAME DAY

    Connect a source

A phone running our Miles Tracker app, set up with one QR code. A tracker we supply, wired or plugged in. Or the GPS you already run, if it publishes a GTFS-Realtime feed today.

  3. STEP 3·MINUTES LATER

    It appears on the map

Your console shows the whole fleet, private to your staff accounts. Whether there is also a public map is decided with you at setup; the website embed and a one-vehicle link exist only when you make them.

What you see

The deployed rider map, showing its demo fleet. Live positions, how fresh each one is, and a plain sentence for any vehicle that has gone quiet. The same map runs inside your console, private to your staff, with the vehicles you name.

What it deliberately does not do

No driver scoring

No speed scoring, no harsh-braking events, no driver leaderboards. Written into the service agreement, not offered as a setting.

Personal phones track on shift only

A driver's own phone reports only while their shift is open, the app shows them whether it is on, and it goes home untracked. Enforced on our side, not left to the app.

Not an ELD

No hours-of-service, no engine connection, no compliance logging — and we will say so to your safety team rather than let anyone assume otherwise.

Whose data it is

Yours. A position is recorded against a vehicle, never against a person. We process your fleet's data to run the service and for nothing else — we do not sell it, license it or aggregate it into a product, and the only people who can see your history are your own staff accounts. The full statement is on the privacy page.

What it costs

Per vehicle, per month, month to month, no termination fee. Transit and shuttle plans are on the pricing page; fleet plans are quoted on a call until self-serve signup exists, and we say so there rather than hide a number.

Two ways to start

Fleets, deliveries, taxis, field teams

Phones you already own, the GPS you already run, or compatible hardware. A person sets you up this week; the map is yours the same day.
